Violet Michael, Senior Tax Accountant, received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from New Mexico State University and minored in Spanish. In 2007 she received her master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University. She has been in the accounting field since 2003 and has been with Price Kong & Co., C.P.A’s for over 8 years. Her experience in various areas includes, but not limited to: financial analysis/planning, financial statements and reporting, accounting policies and procedure, personal and corporate taxes, sales/use taxes, business personal property taxes, and business process improvements.
Violet focuses on client relations and has established great relationships with some of the firm’s top clients. She has helped multi-million dollar clients get their business in compliance in all areas of the tax arena. She has worked with clients on helping them with their internal controls. Her main concern, at all times, is that client’s businesses are running smoothly and they are happy.
Violet volunteers in any projects related to the Osborn school district where money and supplies are raised to help children in lower-income areas of the city. As a former board member for The Women's Enterprise Foundation she continues to support in fundraising efforts to give scholarships and grants to emerging women business owners.
When she’s not studying for the CPA exam she enjoys participating in events with her various networking groups.
